removed the baffle on my airbox inlet pipe and replaced it with an additional inlet tube straight to the front of the engine bay, made a hell of a difference, it can now pull like crazy from 40 in 4th :grinning::grinning:

Hi guys i read an article recently where a supercharger from an new mini cooper s kit had been fitted to a moris minor, the article said that the engines capacity was the same as the minis (1.3) so the supercharger should work with the correct tuning applied, would this supercharger be suitable...

that seems an uneccacary ammount of cut out, why not just cut out a shallow curve to clear the pump? it wouldnt loose anywhere near as much as that does, that cannot be safe. plus a curve wouldnt have any sharp points for fractures to form along in the event of an impact.

we did put it back on i mean we removed it briefly to do some work, could we have broken a seal or something? also what is different about the bosch throttle body? is it better or worse? thanks :)

heres the problem, my 2000 reg k11 wont run right, it seems to use loads of fuel and it is really sluggish, i raced it against my dads (completely standard 140k mile)1994 1.3 and he destroyed it, what could be causing this problem? and are the older 1.3s faster than the later "1.4"? i cant thave...
