If your not bothered about opening the sunroof ever again use TigerSeal Clean and dry the top ,then seal with this several times but leave 24 hrs between applying.

This is mine I put some sealant on outside now it still has leak but now I can’t open sunroof plus is this normal to have a gap outside on rubber? See pics
