We've had this one in the family 6 years n it's been great, it's worth a try anyway, I done it myself just to see, before sending it to a mechanic

Mines was doing that, it would idle up and down between 500 n 1000 rpm, I cleaned out the throttle body n it seems to have fixed the problem, idles perfect now
