Sorted it finally today i took the metal intake pipe from the egr off and it was solid with black soot/carbon so cleaned it all out and the car is 100 % now

Finally got round to checking the woodrough key today on the camshaft pulley and its fine so im going to put a new timing belt on it for piece of mind because it looks like the original one but now im clueless to why the cars still smoking and why it wont rev above 3k

Ive been told today to check the woodruff key on the camshaft someone said they have a tendancy to sheer off and the timing cocks up

it wont rev above 3k though thats what i cant understand

ive just fit a recon turbon and its exactly the same clouds of grey smoke someone please help
