OK brilliant, and they don't need twisting at all, they just push straight back in ?

Can anyone tell me how easy it is to retract the front caliper pistons on a K11? I've changed pads before but wanted to know if these require a special piston rewind tool or if you can just use your hands to push it back in? does it need twisting back? Also, are the discs bolted in anyway or...

I've recently been leaking oil from the engine lid cover after having replaced the timing chain and managed to tear the rubber piece that acts as a seal between the two. Does anybody know the name of this part, trying to find it everywhere and need to get a new one fitted.
