It entirely depends on your budget, but Dynamat Extreme is currently the best on offer (and most expensive).

Look on www.caraudiodirect.com for a nice selection.

It comes with a peel off backing, which leaves a VERY sticky adhesive, its usually best to use a roller and a heatgun/hairdryer (especially in this cold weather) to apply it to your bodywork.
