After trying to plug into a new xmas toy to the cigarette lighter I've discovered mine doesn't appear to be working? When fitting my HU, our neighbour who was assisting blew one of the fuses which killed off some lights, replacement fuse sorted that out?

Is the cigarette lighter not working likely to be anything similar? Anyone any suggestions?

Cheers!
Merry Xmas to all

check the fuse then go from there. if fuse is in tact, check you have current going to your cig lighter using a mulitmeter, if you have chances are it is the actually unit.

Check that you have voltage between the cigarette lighter and a suitable ground/earth point of the chassis, dont check current!
