Sub N Amp Wtf

Completly stuck. I have a descent head unit it came with car

i want to install amp n sub and i have no idea does the stereo need a sub output. HELPPPP

To run a sub you'll need an Amp. And to run an Amp, you'll need preouts on the back of the headunti

i have these wires comming out the back of the HU. there Female ends

and can you conenct normal speakers to amps or do you jsut put it to the sub end off

Also how many channels do i need to run 2 6*9s n a sub

They arent always in the form of a white and a red RCA output, The Blaupunkt headunits use little tiny ISO blocks for this! they are around 15-30 quid mate

Thats not necessarily the one you will need if its a blaupunkt head unit, but see the little yellow connector - thats the connection you need, Any audio garage will be able to help you out in making one up for you mate!

the yellow conector comes with the female ends for the RCA. sorry i didnt point that out

I done it. i plugged RCA into the Remote antena thing as a remote turn on thing got 300 watt amp and sub with wiring for 80quid bargin

You plugged the RCA into the remote antenna on the headunit?! WTF!

You'll blow the amp up if you turn it on as you'll just send 12V down the RCA signal cables!!!

Get someone who knows what they are doing to wire it in.
