Think i'll be alright with just the primary cat in place? The manifold one!
thats all mine has ever had and its always been well within the limits.
Good luck Ollie! Don't forget to check the usual!

Arnold, it went as well as yours.
Got there, they said don't think that's going to get on the ramps. tried it anyway, it wasn't going to work. Give up and go home!!!
lmao!!! So what's the plan then, take it somewhere else or remove the bumper!! :p

Well the earliest I can get an MOT is tuesday for the places with lower ramps.
But i go back to work Monday!
But i don't wanna pay out for a bumper I'm going to use for 45 minutes then throw away.
It was only the front bumper which was too low!
take 2 builders planks with you to make the ramp angle more shallow thats what i did when i used to mot my escort which was lowered 120mm
you can hire them for next to nothing from tool hire shops
The place i went used one of those axle point lifting machines instead of ramps. is there any where else nearby which has one of those? Your probably going to have to wait till tuesday otherwise mate.

MOT Take 2!!!
IT PASSED!!!!
1 Advisory, steering rack was a bit loose.
He commented on how clean the underside was as well!
Nice one fella!
What are the symptoms of a loose steering rack? Steering wheel moves but the wheels don't?

Err, jacked up and had a slight bit of play on the left to right movement.
He basically said get a new rack sometime within the next few months!
