Had a wander about my local scapyard and took a few photos. Can anyone give me a few facts about the Sunnys, such as engines, throttle bodies, etc.?
Any use on a Micra?

hmmm iam wondering about the bigger air box on the 100nx and the other engines, put an uprated panelfilter in then wack it on the micra....that would give abit of an increse of power over the small standard micra box.

Podders, Nottingham. Nice people. Turnover there is teriffic. Average length of stay for a car is 17 days with about the same number coming in every day. Cars are mashed flat and trucked out ( five lorries a week) to another breakers yard where the various metals are sorted out. Bulk of steel in car ends up about the size of a football.

Getting too old to be climbing around like a monkey on cars that are stacked on top of each other. However, managed to get the cluster out, and the hood. Had to cut the wires, though. Couldn't be doing with trying to fish out the loom while balancing on one foot.

no worries mate, if you've spent as much time as me in scrappies around k10's it gets to the point when you know pretty much everything about the trim levels.

Not looking to cash in. I like messing about in scrapyards and this site has been very helpful in regards to working on my Super S. Cluster and hood cost me £20. So to you Dave(eee?), the £20 plus postage and whatever you think is fair for my time and effort.

Spot on, when do you want it? Sooner rather than later, I'd guess. Check, PayPal, or money order. Cash at your own risk. Up to you. Can we do a PM on this?
